‘Behind The Spotlight’ op 3 voor 12 VPRO (26/09/2025)

A great article from 3 voor 12 VPRO Noord Holland;

“The track surges from a punk-rock intro to garage rock, moving through a melodic bridge to a rousing finale. It sounds slightly less raw than the debut EP, with a bit more attention paid to detail and vocals, yet it retains the energy and signature eighties and nineties sound that—according to the band—still blasts from the speakers with undiminished force.”

Stranger in Paradise is back! (15/5/2024)

After Stefan passed away, we took some time to step back and reflect. But the music kept calling us; there is unreleased material waiting to be recorded and plenty of inspiration to keep going. We recently set out to find a new drummer and are delighted to have found a worthy successor in Paul Bood (see photo; known for bands such as Edison Road). Come judge for yourself at our first gig at Stadsfabriek Alkmaar on Thursday, June 20, 2024, at 20:00.

Passing of our drummer Stefan (6/2/2024)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our friend and drummer, Stefan van der Molen, at the age of 48. Saddened yet proud of the music we conceived, performed, and released together, we bid farewell to this great guy who always maintained a positive outlook. We wish his family and friends strength during this difficult time.
